Audit

What it does

The culture term of the risk product lives in the discretion layer: the places where staff absorb, translate, correct, sense and escalate. The Cultural Safety Case named a damping audit as the missing measurement of that term; this instrument supplies it, with an instinct and sensing-node layer for the signals that never reach a form.
