A single 38-page deck consolidating the estate’s eight instruments — Gate, Screen, Specify, Oversee, Trial, Audit, Measure, Record — in the sequence they are meant to be run.
The estate grew paper by paper, each instrument published as its own record. The Instrument Deck puts all eight in one place, in deployment order, so a governance lead can read the whole sequence in a sitting: Gate, Screen, Specify, Oversee, Trial, Audit, Measure, Record.
Each instrument keeps its own record and DOI; the deck cites them rather than replacing them. It is the document to hand to a clinical safety committee that has asked what “run the framework” would actually involve.
